10 What are the most important challenges in the criminal justice system from your point of view? I have no idea about this question because I am only helping the judges and have no jurisdiction about this question. 1. Absence of witness 2. non compliance of prosecution 3. delay of investigation report   The same answer as question number 5. 1. No duration to resolve the case,
